Eagle builds multiple hydraulic press line for Dana / Victor Reinz division.
Dana, Victor Reinz division, a leader in automotive heat shields, turned to Eagle Press to expand the capacity of their Canadian based production facility. Eagle supplied a multi press line consisting of four, 4-post (PH) and two straight side (SH) hydraulic production presses. The presses range in tonnage from 45 through 220-ton.

Eagle Press completes build of an SE4-2000-240-84 low profile, transfer press
This unique design was required to fit into an existing building. Eagle Press designed a solution using state of the art 3D solid modeling technology.
The end result is a 2000-ton press that is 285" (23.75') above floor level. The press features a 28" stroke, 12" of slide adjustment, 44" shut height, 8-16 spm, complete with uni-directional rolling bolster.

EAGLE COMPLETES INSTALLATION OF 1750-TON TRANSFER PRESS
Eagle Press designed and built a "SOLUTION" for an expanding Tier 2 parts supplier
that required increased capacity and higher energy demands. The result was an
SE4-1750-240-96 Eccentric drive press delivering 1750 tons of pressing force
@ 1/2" A.B.D.C. The press has a speed range of 10-20 S.P.M., 30" stroke,
15 inches of slide adjustment, 62" shut height S.D.A.U.
Options include two Uni-directional rolling bolsters, also mounting pads &
large window openings to accommodate the HMS servo transfer system.
